We are a residential property management company that serves thousands of rental homes in Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbus and Cleveland.
We mostly manage homes that qualify for the Section 8 housing voucher program, which is the cornerstone of our business.
We manage homes for other owners as well as our own. Third-party management is available for portfolios of 50 units or more in our four markets.
